How to get whitelisted for Mino NFT
Mino NFT is a free mint, but there’s a little bit of work to do to become the Super Agent that you dreamed you could be. 😎
Mino is powered by Robinos — a sports prediction platform on the Telos EVM blockchain, and the two projects work hand in hand.
To get automatically whitelisted for Mino, all you have to do is predict who you think will win the 2022 FIFA World Cup with a minimum of $20 USDC. And if you choose wisely you’ll not only get a Whitelist spot, but you’ll also make money if your team reaches the quarter-finals!
Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to predict and get Whitelisted!
- Set up your MetaMask for the Telos EVM.
It’s as easy as heading to teloscan.io and then pressing the “connect your wallet” button and following the prompts to add the TelosEVM network.

2. Send funds to your wallet
You have two main options — one is to send from a CEX. The main option is KuCoin, Telos isn’t on Binance or Coinbase (yet!). Just buy $TLOS on KuCoin and then send it to your MetaMask wallet via the TLOSEVM network. Gas fees on Telos are ridiculously cheap so you won’t need heaps.
Alternatively, you can bridge from another network to TelosEVM. The best option is Multichain (https://app.multichain.org/#/router) as it will allow you to bridge $USDC, which is the main token we use for predictions, however, remember you’ll need at least 1 $TLOS for gas.
3. Swap funds to $USDC
If you’ve sent $TLOS to your wallet you’ll need to swap some of it to $USDC to predict with Robinos. We recommend zappy.finance — it works like any other DEX and is as simple as swapping $TLOS to $USDC on the Swap page. Remember to keep some $TLOS in your wallet for future transactions.
4. Connect to the Robinos platform
Head to https://robinos.finance/telos/event/11 to view the World Cup prediction event on the Robinos Prediction Platform.
Make sure you connect your wallet by clicking the “Connect Wallet” at the top of the screen.
Check out all of the countries and the current Returns on offer. The Min Return is the rate that’s paid to holders if that country makes it to the quarter-finals, and the Max Return is paid to holders if that country wins the World Cup. So yes if you choose correctly, you could get paid for getting Whitelisted!
5. Place your prediction using $USDC
Once you’ve selected the country you’d like to predict, press approve to approve your wallet interacting with the smart contract, then approve the transaction in MetaMask
Then, put the amount you’d like to buy into the “Amount” box and then press “Buy” and again approve the transaction in MetaMask. Remember you need to buy a minimum of $20 worth of tokens to get automatically whitelisted for Mino.
You’re done! You’ve predicted the winner of the World Cup! 🔥⚽️
There are just a few more steps to get your WL.
6. Take a screenshot of your prediction
Once the transaction has gone through, refresh the page to see your stake in the country that you bought. It will show up on the country’s card on the platform.
Just take a screenshot showing that you’ve got 20 or more tokens in any team.
The last step is to tell the Mino team you’ve done it, and that’s done in the Discord server.
7. Join the Robinos discord server
If you haven’t already, head over to the Robinos | Mino Discord server. Here’s a link: https://discord.gg/TUc8ECHyRw
Get yourself verified and make sure you choose the “Mino Super Agent” role.
8. Post your screenshot
Once you’re verified and you’ve got your role, head over to the #robinos-predictions-wl channel and drop your screenshot. One of the team will acknowledge your prediction and get you whitelisted.
9. Whitelist confirmed
You’re done, time to turn you into a super agent and get you some players! 😎👔
